From shelf to delivery.
A five-minute walkthrough for your workshop.
Use a phone to scan a printed label or a label on your laptop screen. Keep the supplier dashboard open on your laptop. The demo PIN is 1234.
This is a shared demo. Requests and status changes are visible to everyone trying the sample workshop. Nothing is purchased or delivered.
Spot the low stock
Imagine the shelf has reached the label’s “Scan when…” level. Scan its QR code using your phone camera. The right product and workshop open in the browser—no app required.
Open the QR labels →Choose the quantity and check the price
Start with 5 units or change the quantity. Check the unit price and item total, then tap Request Restock. Prices are examples, excluding VAT and delivery.
If the product already has an open request, the demo warns you. Choose “No, go back” to cancel, or “Yes, continue with another order” and confirm with your PIN to place a separate order.
Try the gloves product without scanning →Confirm with your PIN
Enter 1234 and tap Confirm restock. The confirmation shows your request reference, quantity and saved price.
Follow the order
Open My workspace and enter 1234. Your request appears in the Open orders list with its price, expected delivery date and current status. The demo allows two working days after ordering, skipping weekends; bank holidays are not included.
Open the customer workspace →Demonstrate the delivery
On the supplier dashboard, find your request reference. Move its status through Accepted, Picking and Out for delivery. The customer workspace refreshes automatically.
Mark your request Delivered to move it into Delivery history, with its delivery date and original price. Leave other people’s requests unchanged.
Open the supplier dashboard in another tab →Replace a shelf label
Use QR codes & labels in the workspace. Print just one product label or all four, ready to place beside the supplies.
View and reprint labels →
Example stock triggers
These are starting points for the demo. Agree the real trigger with each workshop based on usage and delivery time. Scanning requests stock; the demo does not measure shelf stock automatically.

Three questions to ask afterwards
- How do you notice and reorder supplies today?
- Would this make restocking easier—and what would get in the way?
- Which products would you want to try first?
